Terms of Service
Welcome to Boardify. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Boardify's spatial whiteboard application, WebMCP agent tools, templates, and subscription services provided by Boardify Studio (“Boardify”, “we”, “us”).
Core Principles & What You Can Expect
1. User Accounts & Registration
To access cloud persistence, multi-board syncing, or paid Pro features, you may register using Google Authentication or email/password. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information during registration.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
- Remain solely responsible for all activities and visual content published under your account.
2. Intellectual Property Rights & Content Ownership
Your Content: You retain full title, ownership, and copyright in all diagrams, sketches, relational database schemas, notes, and text you input into Boardify. Boardify claims no ownership over your work.
Platform Property: The Boardify application, tactile paper shader algorithms, WebMCP tool interfaces, vector algorithms, logos, and UI themes are the intellectual property of Boardify Studio and protected under copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
3. Subscription Plans, Pricing & Billing
Boardify offers a permanent Free Starter tier as well as paid Pro Creator and Team Studio plans available on monthly or annual billing cycles.
- Currency & Processing: For users in India, charges are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay. For international users, charges are converted and processed in US Dollars (USD).
- Billing Cycles: Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months with discounted pricing. Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your Pro features will remain accessible until the end of your prepaid billing period.
- Refunds: We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time annual subscriptions if you are unsatisfied with our tools. Contact support at

4. WebMCP Tools & Autonomous AI Agent Usage
Boardify exposes structured tools to AI browser agents via the WebMCP standard (document.modelContext).
- AI agent responses, diagram layouts, and code generation suggestions are generated algorithmically and provided for assistance and ideation.
- You are responsible for reviewing and validating any SQL DDL code, database architectures, or sprint specifications before deploying them to production environments.
- You agree not to configure autonomous agents to perform denial-of-service, automated scraping of other users' boards, or spam creation.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Boardify to:
- Upload or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or compromise the security of the platform.
- Interfere with real-time multi-cursor spatial websockets or degrade service for other creators.
6. Warranty Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Boardify is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Boardify Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Boardify Studio be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost profits, service downtime, or data loss.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune/Mumbai, India, or alternative mutual arbitration.
